Serve as the primary representative and voice of the Wasaga Beach / Nancy Island Historic Site.
Oversee all aspects of site operations including programming, maintenance, and retail.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest services and visitor experiences.
Lead the hiring, training, and management of a multidisciplinary team.
Coordinate and develop integrated tourism packages and programs in collaboration with local tourism organizations and municipal governments.
Manage capital projects and site development initiatives, particularly during the early stages of expansion.
Foster and expand community partnerships to enhance site visibility and engagement.
